5-7 years of relevant nursing experience preferred
Experience with medication administration and care plans is a plus
Responsibilities
Train staff and assist the director of nursing
Support resident dignity, privacy, and individuality
Assist residents with daily living activities and medication support
Ensure adherence to resident treatment plans
Implement infection control and safety procedures
Review and update resident care documentation
Evaluate health emergencies according to RN scope of practice

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
As an RN, you will:
Train staff and assist the director of nursing
Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
You Currently:
Possess a current RN license in good standing
