Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse- Inpatient Behavioral Health, will direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required,
- Current and valid NJ Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer/patient centric attitude.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric or behavioral health care facility preferred
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
