Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in the
Melbourne area. This modified full-time role is designed for nurses who want

Compensation & Earning Potential- Pay-per-visit model (competitive, based on experience)
- Average earnings: $80,000 - $95,000+ annually

Consistent patient volume provided
Your Role as a Home Health RN- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education
- Administer treatments and monitor patient condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Complete accurate, timely documentation using streamlined tools

Qualifications- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
