SHIFT: AM or PM 12 hour shift with every other weekendWhat You'll Do:- Administering medications and monitoring vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.
- Evaluating medical complaints and concerns from residents, effectively communicating with our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans, providing direct care and nursing services as prescribed.
- Monitoring chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring timely interventions.
- Maintaining comprehensive medical records and logs, adhering to all mandated reporting and infection control protocols.
- Collaborating with BHS regarding medication management and refills.
- Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance patient care.
What Makes You a Great Fit- Possess a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in state applying for work.
- Experience in residential nursing a plus.

- Must pass the applicable state/agency background check required for the work location jurisdiction, prior to employment.
- Pre-employment drug screening.
- Must possess a current and valid CPR certification or obtain within the first 30 days of employment.

**Pay range for this position is $39 to $58 depending on education and experience.
