Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration and vital signs monitoring
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and infection control standards
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS
• Fluent communication in English, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
• Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Monitor and document residents' clinical status and report significant changes
• Collaborate with care teams to implement and update individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
