Pay Rate: $40.00/HRHours: Monday-Fridays 9:00AM-5:00PMNights and weekends availableResponsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements - Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
