Description
LindenGrove New Berlin , an Illuminus Community , is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN). We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community.
Position DetailsWe offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.
This position may include 8-hour shifts, including a weekend rotation.
Pay$39.75-44.50 per hour, dependent upon experience
The
Registered Nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident's total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.
Essential Job Functions- Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates resident care, including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff while coordinating and delegating care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection prevention standards.
- Supervises nursing staff and manages staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources.
- Supports quality improvement through incident investigations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin in good standing.
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
