Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor
Job Type: FTE | DAYS
Pay Range: $38.30 - $51.70 per hour

How you will contribute

Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to provide leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support in our new behavioral health hospital. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for nursing staff, help ensure high-quality patient care, and support hospital operations during your shift. 

What You'll Do

• Lead and support nursing and clinical teams.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure safe patient care coverage.
• Serve as the administrative leader during assigned shifts.
• Assist with staff coaching, development, and performance management.
• Support admissions, patient care activities, and operational problem-solving.
• Promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. 

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license required per state regulations.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience required.
• At least one year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience required.
• One year of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire and before patient contact.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire and before orientation completion.
