Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Quality Assurance RN (QA) to join our team. As an QA Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring that hospice care services meet established standards and regulations. Your role involves monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care, developing, and implementing quality improvement plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and procedures. You may conduct audits, collect and analyze data, and provide education and training to staff to maintain high standards of care. By focusing on continuous improvement and patient-centered practices, you will help to enhance the overall effectiveness and quality of hospice services.
What you will do:
1.0 FTE=40 hours/week
Work primarily 8-hour shifts between 8am-5pm, with the ability to be flexible to accommodate education and monitoring of processes and practice of all staff.
Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays

What you need:
Associate Degree in Nursing
Basic Life support CPR
Minimum of 3 years RN experience, Hospice RN experience required
RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota within 3 months of hire
