Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Pay: $55-$60/hour

Job Type: Full-Time
Coverage Area: Ventura, Santa Paula, Oxnard, Camarillo

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, work independently, and make a tremendous impact in the community-while receiving competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Job Summary

The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) plans, organizes, and directs home health services while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and deliver skilled nursing services in the patient's home.

This position is ideal for nurses who value autonomy, patient interaction, and the ability to make a direct impact.
