We are looking for an RN to join our team and support patients throughout Westchester, Oak Brook, Brookfield, Maywood, Lombard, and the surrounding areas.
As a Registered Nurse Home Health,youllcontribute to our success in the following ways:
- Assessing patients to determine their care needs.
- Completing initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Protecting patient and staff privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
- Providing nursing care according to the plan of care and physician orders.
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the care team.
- Educating patients and families on their care and safety.
- Taking appropriate action when patient conditions change.
- Helping ensure quality, safe, and continuous patient care.
What is Required?
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
- Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
- Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.

The base salary for this position is$83,000 to $93,000 annually, based on the company27s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
