Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing school and licensed as an RN in the relevant state.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience required.
• Current CPR Certification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assess the nursing needs and manage care plans for patients.
• Conduct initial patient assessments upon admission, including history-taking.
• Select appropriate nursing diagnoses for patient situations.
• Evaluate medications for effectiveness and potential adverse reactions.
• Set realistic, measurable goals based on patient diagnoses.
• Communicate assessment results and clinical intervention recommendations to physicians.
• Implement nursing interventions aligning with diagnoses and goals.
• Reassess patients' nursing needs regularly to adapt care plans accordingly.
• Document patient assessments and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Notify physicians and team members of any changes in patient conditions.
