Responsibilities

  • Conduct education for families and residents about care processes and conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments in a timely manner according to policy.
  • Document physician orders and progress notes accurately, reflecting care and resident responses.
  • Identify and report changes in resident conditions swiftly to supervisors and medical staff.

Registered Nurses (RNs) - Be the Heart of Skilled Care!

Highland Ridge Rehab Center
Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

Shifts Available: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Rate of pay: $39 to $44.59/hr. (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

Up to $10,000.00 Sign-on Bonus (limited time!)

What You9ll Be Doing:
  • Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
  • Plan nursing interventions for each resident based on individual needs and monitor the implementation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care interventions, identify problems and trends and develop alternative interventions.
  • Conduct family and resident education
  • Administer medications and treatments timely and according to center policy
  • Transcribe physician9s orders and chart progress notes in an informative, factual manner that reflects the care administered as well as the resident9s response
  • Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family
  • Accurately identify skin changes and follow skin management protocols
  • Order and report diagnostic tests timely
  • Follow Pharmacy policy and procedures for ordering and delivering medications.
  • Coordinate resident9s rehabilitation program with therapists to ensure rehabilitation needs are met
  • Monitors that CNA documentation is completed daily
  • Ensures CNA assignments are completed on time
  • Perform additional nursing care responsibilities as required and based on State Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements:
