Compensation & Earning Potential- Pay-per-visit model: $45-$50 per visit + Medicare differential pay
- Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
