What You'll Do
  • Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Department using the full nursing process.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients and families.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare partners to coordinate care.
  • Provide patient and family education during moments that matter most.
  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to support staff while mentoring colleagues.
  • Stay current with continuing education and emergency care competencies.
