Shift: Nights (3 x 12-hour shifts 7p-7a). Must be able to orient D/N rotation.

The CVICU is a 24-bed, high-acuity unit located in Falls Church, VA, specializing in the care of patients post-cardiac and vascular surgery, heart and lung transplant, advanced heart failure, and other complex diagnoses requiring intensive monitoring and life-saving interventions. As part of the

CVICU RN Minimum Qualifications: - Experience: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.
- Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date. - Certifications: BLS for healthcare provider certification from AHA required. ACLS (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years CVICU RN experience.
- CCRN certification
- Proficient in Advanced Therapy Modalities (e.g., IABP, Impella, CRRT, TTM, ECMO)
