Job Description:Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week
Shift : Days, M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: Hybrid, 2415 N Orange Ave, Suite 601
Primary Responsibilities: - Analyze and report patient engraftment data to track clinical outcomes.
- Coordinates with BMT data staff to ensure secure, accurate, and timely submission of required data forms.
- Implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient and program data specific to the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program.
- Manages workflow processes and serves as a resource for staff and physicians regarding standards and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements, including those established by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR), and the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP).
- Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program performance and compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: - Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience: - 1+ year of bone marrow transplant experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:$65,582.40 - $108,646.85
