This position has a starting pay rate of $40 an hour with opportunity for shift differential up to $2 on Night ShiftThe typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
RequirementsRequirements- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
