  • Location: Sacramento, CA (CKD/ESKD - REMOTE)
  • This is a remote position requiring the teammate to support both ESKD and CKD patients throughout CA, OR and Washington as needed.
  • The teammate must be based in Northern California, Salem/Portland, Oregon, or Seattle/Tacoma, Washington, with flexibility to reside in a surrounding city. The role will support markets across these states, and travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
  • The teammate must hold a valid RN license in California, Oregon, and Washington, or be willing to obtain licensure in any one of these states where they are not currently licensed. Territory assignments may change based on business needs.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
    Flexibility is required to accommodate patient needs and nephrology partner availability.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time


This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Wage Range for the role is $42.00 - $55.00 per hour.
