Acts as an in-house consultant for data and information needs to guide performance improvement. Defines project scope to maintain focus and uses measures to ensure interventions are sustained over time. Communicates regularly with stakeholders about progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles. Utilizes and maintains computer applications and databases, staying abreast of new technologies to optimize data analysis and reporting. Develops reports to effectively communicate findings, using software tools to optimize reporting and dissemination of data and results. Identifies and documents current processes, researches best practices, conducts analysis, develops key performance indicators, and creates standard work documents.
