Compensation$45.00-$47.00/hr depending on experience
$3.00/hr shift differential for nights and weekends
Shifts:- Full-Time - 30-40 hours a week
- Part-Time - 29 hours or less
- PRN - minimum of 12 hours every 30 days

Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Qualifications- Current RN license in the state of Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
