Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, adhering to professional nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate and provide continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of patients' health history, treatment plans, and progress.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Stay current with advances in nursing practices and attend training programs and continuing education to enhance professional development.
Qualifications:- Must be licensed or registered by the applicable state without restrictions.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- One year of home health experience required
- Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a current CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skill proficiency. Ability to use Microsoft Windows.

Estimated Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
