Your ImpactAs a Registered Nurse at Brucejack, you will provide emergency, primary, occupational, and preventative healthcare services in a remote mining environment. Your work will help protect employee health, support emergency preparedness, and contribute to a safe and productive operation.
As Part of the Team- Deliver emergency, urgent, primary, and occupational healthcare services.
- Assess, triage, treat, and monitor workplace and non-workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate patient transport or evacuation when required.
- Support occupational health, wellness, health surveillance, and return-to-work programs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure clinic readiness and emergency response capability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
Prerequisites- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of recent experience in Emergency, Critical Care/ICU, Rural/Remote, Emergency Transport, or other high-acuity clinical settings.
- Current BLS (CPR-HCP) and ACLS certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions in remote or low-resource environments.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Microsoft Office, and telemedicine platforms.

The expected salary range for this role is CAD $85,400.00 - $113,900.00 + 15% STIP. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
