Responsibilities*- Provide clinical assistance to the call center agents that support the Medical Procedure sites.
- Perform pre-procedure contact with all procedural patients.
- Assess patient needs and assist with issues related to pre/post procedure concerns including management of Red calls for all procedural sites utilizing critical thinking skills.
- Assist patients in obtaining appropriate prescriptions for procedural preps.
- Adapt communication style to patients representing diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Use excellent listening skills to receive detailed information.
- Knowledge of internal and external resources to assist in patient needs.
- Collaborate with providers, when necessary, in determining care of the patient.

Required Qualifications*- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of two (2) years recent experience (within five (5) years) in GI Endoscopy.

Actual Nursing Framework LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire.
Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level E.
