Professional development includes telemetry classes, stroke training, and trauma courses, giving nurses room to build skills across orthopedics and beyond.

Summary:Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Qualifications:- Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Less than one year of experience required
Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 (Based On Experience and Internal Equity)
