Registered Nurse Manager provides leadership and guidance to nursing staff while ensuring exceptional patient care across the
West Bank serving
New Orleans, LA and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities: As an
RN Manager / Registered Nurse Manager - ICU, you will:
- Lead and support ICU nursing staff in a fast-paced Critical Care environment.
- Ensure quality of care, patient safety, and satisfaction within the ICU.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and productivity metrics.
- Oversee clinical practice standards and regulatory compliance.
- Foster professional development, staff engagement, and retention.
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams across New Orleans, LA.
- Maintain clinical proficiency while overseeing ICU / Critical Care operations on the West Bank.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications:- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana.
- Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or RN Manager role.
- Strong background in ICU / Critical Care nursing.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
