Schedule: The employee follows a 10-week rotation schedule, during which they are assigned to work 3 to 4 weekends. Statutory holidays may be included as additional shifts.

Your Role: Making a Difference Every Day
- Provide empathetic, patient-centred care in our IVF clinic
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation
- Administer medications, IV starts, phlebotomy, and sedation recovery
- Advocate for patients, providing guidance and education throughout their fertility journey
- Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and clear communication
- Ensure compliance with CCHSA patient safety goals
What We're Looking For:- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BScN)
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
- Experience in women's health or reproductive medicine (an asset but not required)
- A compassionate heart, an analytical mind, and a passion for making a difference
- Fully vaccinated as per public health guidelines
