$3,000 Recruitment Payment for Full-Time RNs
(Current State of Iowa employees are not eligible for recruitment payments upon transfer, demotion, or promotion to another agency)
Starting pay: $34.97/hour
What You'll Do:

As an RN at IVH, you will serve as the leader of a direct care team:
• Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
• Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, Medication Aides, and LPNs.
• Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.
Flexible Scheduling Options:
Evening Shift: 10 hour shifts (12:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.), 1 out of 3 weekends.

Day/Eve extended shifts: 14-hour shifts (6:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m.) 1 out of 3 weekends.

Weekend Package Shifts: (6 a.m.-8:30 p.m.) (Applicant must work a minimum of 32 hours every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and will be paid a lump-sum of $8,000 in retention payments, paid out over 26 pay periods. Must work a total of 40 hours per week. Lodging and meals are available upon request.)
