Job Description:- Must have HR experience.
- Demonstrates bedside clinical skills and proficiency in EMR documentation.
- Develops and executes unit-based staff education on new equipment, medication, policy and procedure changes, and advances in clinical practice.
- Works with the Nurse Manager to facilitate successful onboarding of new staff.
- Rounds on patients as directed by Nursing Director, providing feedback to nursing staff including coaching and guidance to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Provides coaching and guidance to individual nursing staff members to achieve improved performance and outcomes.
- Provides objective information for employee's 90-day and yearly performance evaluations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office and must be adaptable to new software programs. [Required]
Education:- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:- Graduate of an approved school of nursing Required
Work Experience:- 3+ years of clinical experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
