- Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.
- Develops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others.
- Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
- Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care.
- Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing upon hire
- Minimum of 1 year operating room experience upon hire
- Current FL RN license upon hire
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly per RQI protocols
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly per RQI protocols
Pay Range:$32.76 - $57.47
