VNA Care is seeking a Home Health RN for a full time Case Manager role.
Schedules available: Monday- Friday, 40 hours from 8a-4:30p. Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules. Territory: Hingham, Hanover, Braintree, Weymouth area

Requirements: - Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
- Good standing MA RN License
- 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
