Compensation (clear growth path):- Split starts at 60%, with performance-based increases up to 65%.
- Full-time RMTs at MYo Lab typically earn $60,000-$110,000+ gross/year (depending on schedule, retention, and performance).

You'll be a great fit if you:- Are a licensed RMT in good standing.

- Preferred: 30+ hours/week availability (open to strong candidates starting part-time and ramping up).
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional massage therapy care.
- Build strong client relationships and support retention.
- Maintain accurate, professional clinical records.
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing development.
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture.
Schedule Availability:
Shifts fall within our clinic hours:- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Monday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM
Requirements:- Active RMT license.
- Professional liability insurance.
