Job DescriptionU.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a future team member for the role ofReconciliation Specialist to support our Fund Accounting team.
The Reconciliation Specialist will perform daily reconciliations of fund-level cash, positions, to ensure accuracy and completeness of records within the fund accounting system.They will identifydifferences, investigate root causes, processappropriate entriesor corrections, andretainsupport todemonstratethat issues were resolved accurately andtimely.
The role partners closely with reviewers, Fund Accounting teams, and audit partners by providing clear documentation, explanations, and archived supportin accordance withinternal control standards and audit expectations.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
One to two years of experience in accounting or finance activities
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Experience supporting registered fund operations and reconciliation processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, andcritical-thinkingskills.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $73,780.00 - $86,800.00
