Overview

Dr. Tim Rolfes and Dr. Tom Rolfes are seeking a long-term, experienced, motivated, and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private, one-location restorative and comprehensive dental practice in Costa Mesa.

We are a high-end, fee-for-service practice with no HMO involvement, focused on exceptional patient care, advanced restorative dentistry, and long-term patient relationships. Our office combines modern technology, a collaborative culture, and a genuine passion for patient health and wellness.

We are looking for a hygienist who is confident clinically, thrives in a team environment, and values patient education and comprehensive care.
What We're Looking For
  • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California
  • Minimum 2 years of hygiene experience preferred
  • Strong periodontal background
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a fully integrated team player
  • Dentrix experience preferred
  • Comfortable with digital workflows and paperless charting
  • Laser certification preferred, but not required
  • Recent graduates may be considered, though experience is preferred

Schedule & Office Hours

Full-time
  • Monday - Wednesday, One Friday a month
    8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Off Thursdays
