Job Description

This position is responsible for implementing a growth strategy for increasing annually the referral and sales customer base and revenues and will closely work with Graham Healthcare Group CEOs.

VP of Sales, Home Health and Hospice Responsibilities:
  • Critical thinker with a strong understanding of building and executing sales and referral strategies that deliver results.
  • Accountable for executing the go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth, including customer/referral retention and expansion.
  • Create standardized market outreach for current and future customer/referrals and coordinate implementation across sales teams.
  • Ability to easily move others to action and create accountability within the sales organization by developing appropriate metrics. (quota, comp plans, reviews, etc.).
  • Monitor and communicate effectively customer/referral pipeline and leads for sales forecasting, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
  • Leverage customer research (quantitative and qualitative) to provide strategic leadership for market positioning.
  • Serve as the executive lead on enterprise or large customer engagements for establishment of the service and referral relationship.
  • Ability to define, set and execute the brand and value proposition that articulates the service offerings and value differentiators to generate growth in revenue.
  • Define the sales organization's structure to include territory assignments, business channels, and team configurations by market.
  • Mentor and interact with members of the staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development.

  • 10-15+ years of industry experience, minimum of 5+ years managing sales team/organizations.
