Overview

Responsibilities

In coordination with the National Vice President of Pharmacy Services, the Regional Vice President of Pharmacy Services is responsible for facilitating the design and implementation of the delivery of pharmacy services, developing and recommending strategies to improve services and clinical outcomes, reaching established goals, maintaining satisfactory outcomes and contributing to the business plans and financial goals of the organization. The individual will be responsible and accountable for ensuring company compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy rules and regulations, maintenance of all company required certifications and accreditations.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

 

1. Bachelor of Science or Advanced Degree in Pharmacy required. 2. Current state Registered Pharmacy license. 3. Multi-state acute care health system experience required.4. 5+ years of management experience within a hospital environment required.5. 3+ years of acute care Pharmacy experience required.6. Exceptional communication skills / professional presence with ability to lead and drive change on a national scale.

Preferred qualifications:

 

1. Doctor of Pharmacy Degree preferred. 2. MBA or advanced business degree preferred.3. Residency preferred.
