Full Job Description
Ideal candidate will lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired apartment communities across a multi-state region. This role requires approximately 75% travel.
Ideal candidate will have the preferred skills and experience:
• Demonstrated risk management experience - identifying operational, physical, and liability exposure at multifamily assets and driving remediation to closure.
• Proven ability to take over and stabilize underperforming or newly acquired properties.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines under compressed transition timelines.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with unfamiliar teams.
