Full Job Description
Ideal candidate will lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired apartment communities across a multi-state region. The Regional Transitions Manager takes ownership of each property from the day of closing through stabilization - setting up staffing, systems, vendors, and operating procedures, identifying and mitigating operational and physical risk at the asset, and transferring a fully functioning community to the ongoing regional operations team. This role requires approximately 75% travel. Ideal candidate will have the preferred skills and experience: • Demonstrated risk management experience - identifying operational, physical, and liability exposure at multifamily assets and driving remediation to closure. • Proven ability to take over and stabilize underperforming or newly acquired properties. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines under compressed transition timelines. • Leadership skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with unfamiliar teams.
