Full Job Description
Develops training programs by conducting needs assessments, designing curricula, creating training materials, building learning modules, and establishing competency frameworks aligned to patient support operations. Delivers training through classroom sessions, virtual platforms, field observations, and one-on-one coaching to ensure case managers and patient support specialists master program protocols and service standards. Evaluates training effectiveness by measuring knowledge retention, assessing skill application, analyzing performance data, gathering stakeholder feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance learning outcomes. Maintains regulatory compliance by ensuring training content reflects current HIPAA requirements, privacy regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and standard operating procedures across all programs. Collaborates with operations teams by partnering with district managers, clinical leadership, and quality assurance to identify performance gaps, address training needs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinates training logistics by scheduling sessions, arranging participant attendance, securing training venues and technology, maintaining learning management systems, and tracking completion and certification records. Supports onboarding and development by designing new hire orientation programs, creating career development resources, mentoring trainers, and building training capacity across the region. Previous experience in a sales role or as a Field Case Manager within a patient support program, combined with bilingualism in French and English, are considered valuable assets in the selection process. Bachelor's degree in social work, health sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of experience in patient services, case management, pharmaceutical operations, healthcare services , or a related field required.
