- Responsibility over the installation and service of utility distribution, Smart Grid, and AMI projects.
- Responsible for all customer and project coordination activities including system acceptance, maintenance, and warranty services.
- Managing PM and technical staff, assigning resources to projects and field maintenance work, pre-award coordination, contract/SOW development & review, addressing customer service, field maintenance issues and, monitoring project activity.
- Ability to architect customer solutions by leveraging their expert knowledge of Sensus services and products such as RNI, Sensus Analytics (SA), EasyLink and the required integrations.
- 7 years of utility gas, water, and electric experience as it pertains to utility operations, business processes, and software platforms (Meter Data Management Systems (MDM) Customer Information Systems (CIS))
- Strong leadership skills & ability to effectively manage large remote teams and drive culture change throughout organization
- Builder of strong strategic relationships across all Sensus Organizations such as Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Represents the region in all business development phases: RFP, Shortlist, Customer Contract Negotiations, and Endpoint Installation Contractor SOW.
- Project status reporting to senior management, customer conflict resolution, serving as the customer interface, and managing issue escalation.
- Will be aligned closely with the Sales Regional Managers to ensure management of technical issues related to post-sales support and be the face to the customer in driving these issues to resolution.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field with at least 7 years experience with at least 2 years experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• End-to-End Project Management: Lead improvement projects from initiation to completion. Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of measurable results.
