OVERVIEWArmor is looking for a high-performing, highly motivated, self-driven Regional Manager to drive new business growth across its managed cybersecurity and cloud security solutions portfolio.
Our Regional Managers are the driving force behind our success, actively seeking and securing new business opportunities with a keen focus on securing mission-critical systems and regulated workloads within a diverse range of leading enterprise and mid-market customers. They are successful in closing a wide range of deals through direct sales and strategic partnerships within our ecosystem.
The successful candidate has executive-level contacts and is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. You must be extremely results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market with passion!
This is an individual contributor role within an assigned region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities(Additional duties may be assigned as required)
Own the full sales cycle by identifying, developing, and executing your account strategy to close new business opportunities and expanding revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas
- Target and gain access to IT/security stakeholders (CISO, CIO, VP Security) in key prospect accounts in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with the internal extended team (Marketing, Sales Operations, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to create visibility and drive engagement of target prospects at both the individual contributor and executive level.
- Work cooperatively with alliance partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
- Build and manage a pipeline in HubSpot, maintaining accurate forecasts
REQUIRED SKILLS- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud services.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in the security space
- Demonstrated experience with MEDDPICC, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex problems, and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity landscape (threats, compliance, cloud security basics) and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
- Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives.
- Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels.
- Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work remotely and able and willing to travel within region to customer sites.
- Possess the drive to succeed and experience in a fast-paced company with the ability to adapt as needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS- Experience selling MDR, SIEM, SOC-as-a-service, or cloud security solutions
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS
- Existing network within targeted industries (finance, eCommerce, retail, healthcare, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Experience in co-selling with Microsoft and/or Oracle
