SEEDWAY is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across the Carolina Region. In this highly visible leadership role, you will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen customer and dealer relationships, and mentor a high-performing sales team. What You'll Do

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market share, and strengthening SEEDWAY's presence throughout the region.

Sales Leadership & Business Growth
  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage key customer accounts while expanding relationships within the dealer network.
  • Establish annual sales goals and key performance objectives, ensuring successful execution and results.

Team Development & Performance Management
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and in-field coaching to sales team members.
  • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Lead regular sales meetings, training programs, and professional development initiatives.

Customer & Dealer Network Management
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and industry partners.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Support dealer success through effective communication, education, and business planning.
  • Promote collaboration and cross-selling opportunities across all SEEDWAY product lines.

Marketing & Industry Engagement
  • Coordinate field days, plot tours, customer education programs, trade events, and promotional activities.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop impactful campaigns, promotional materials, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support alliance partners and strengthen brand awareness throughout the region.
  • Identify and target progressive growers and customers to accelerate business growth.

Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with operations and location leadership to effectively manage inventory and company assets.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning efforts, including sales volume, margin, and expense projections.
  • Ensure adherence to company credit, safety, and operational policies.


What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful sales, marketing, or business leadership experience.
