Job Summary

Lead regional sales strategy and execution within the Nidec Division of C&I Americas, supporting the Nidec and US Motors brands, driving revenue growth, market expansion, margin performance, and customer satisfaction through disciplined pipeline management, key account development, pricing governance, and strong cross-functional alignment with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy by aligning with C&I Americas objectives and translating commercial priorities into measurable regional plans, targets, and milestones to ensure sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Operate a disciplined regional governance cadence by implementing dashboards, structured reviews, and forecasting cycles to ensure pipeline accuracy, performance visibility, and timely gap closure.
  • Lead regional pipeline management and opportunity governance by enforcing standardized sales processes and approval controls to improve forecast reliability and commercial discipline.]
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer portfolio expansion by deploying targeted segment and account strategies to increase market share and long-term profitability.
  • Lead and develop regional sales teams by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and building succession capability to strengthen execution excellence and leadership continuity.
  • Own key regional customer relationships and strategic accounts by establishing structured engagement models and executive alignment to enhance retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Assist with driving pricing discipline and margin performance in partnership with Marketing Finance by applying value-based pricing frameworks and monitoring profitability metrics to protect contribution margins.
  • Ensure deal governance and commercial compliance by managing approval thresholds, risk assessments, and contractual discipline to safeguard financial and operational integrity.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance by aligning commercial commitments with operational capabilities to ensure delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer escalations by applying structured containment, communication, and resolution follow-through to minimize business risk and preserve long-term relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs by leveraging regional intelligence and performance data to proactively adjust strategy and prioritize opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and execution frameworks by standardizing best practices and measuring outcomes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and overall commercial effectiveness.
  • Represent C&I Americas in regional customer, partner, and industry engagements by articulating value propositions and strategic direction to strengthen brand credibility and support business development.
