What You'll DoAt Olympus, our agency partners are at the heart of everything we do and as a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our brand across the Southwest territory. You'll build lasting relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help independent agencies succeed by delivering exceptional service, market insights, and strategic support.
This is more than a sales role. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our agency partners, collaborate with teams across the organization, and play an important role in expanding Olympus' presence throughout the Southwest while strengthening the partnerships that drive our success. Key ResponsibilitiesGrow & Strengthen Agency PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with agency partners throughout the Southwest territory, identifying opportunities to increase new business, strengthen retention, and support agency profitability. You'll also identify and develop prospective agency partnerships to expand Olympus' presence in the region.
Be the Trusted ResourceSupport agency partners with their day-to-day needs by resolving challenges, identifying regional trends, monitoring competitors, and recommending opportunities for improvement.
Champion the Olympus BrandEducate agency partners on Olympus products and brand differentiators while representing the company at agency visits, industry events, association meetings, and company-sponsored events.
Collaborate & Drive ResultsPartner with internal teams to share agency insights and sales data that support product, underwriting, marketing, and business initiatives. You'll take ownership of regional sales objectives and contribute to overall sales goals and strategic plans.
Support When It Matters MostBe available to support the business outside of normal hours during catastrophic events when needed.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of insurance carrier or agency experience preferred.
- Previous sales, business development, or territory management experience.
- Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License preferred
- Strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A self-motivated, customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
