Regional Growth
Develop and execute a regional growth plan that delivers sustainable revenue and gross profit growth
Create demand by identifying customer needs, developing new applications, and engaging customers early in the buying process
Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities with end users, target customers, and distributor partners
Expand existing customer relationships by identifying new projects, applications, and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
5+ years of successful experience in industrial sales, regional sales, channel sales, business development, or related B2B sales roles, preferably in industrial manufacturing, automation, engineered products, material handling, or related industries
Bilanguage in English and French (Montreal / Quebec only)
Demonstrated success growing business through direct customer engagement and distributor partnerships
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive profitable growth
Strong consultative selling, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
