Your Impact

In this role as Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that address our SLED/Public Sector customers' biggest security challenges and improve Cisco's opportunity. Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting, regular deal reviews, and leading account executives in the development and expansion of opportunities. You will actively engage in deal inspection, drive accountability across the team, and lead from the front to ensure strong customer engagement and ownership of outcomes.

Internally, you will work with other leaders, sales specialists, technical architects, marketing representatives, product business unit teammates, threat research and intelligence professionals, and company executives. Externally, you will build and maintain strong executive-level relationships (e.g., CISOs and security leaders) across key Federal accounts.

You have strategic business and technical knowledge and can succeed as a teacher and coach in a fast-paced and exciting sales environment. You'll build customer/partner relationships alongside account executives to advance the sales process. This Regional Manager position is responsible for driving double digit revenue growth and forecasting accurately and will work closely with security business unit leadership and serve as a security brand ambassador for Cisco.

You are an active, hands-on leader who develops talent, owns and drives accountability, and builds a high-performing, engaged team culture. You are comfortable representing Cisco externally, including participating in industry panels, customer forums, and thought leadership opportunities to strengthen Cisco's security presence.
