Full Job Description
The Regional Sales Director - East is responsible for leading and executing the commercial strategy across the Eastern U.S. territory. This role will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with key healthcare providers and institutions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Regional Account Managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, imaging centers, and oncology and urology practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
  • Represent RLS at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare, radiopharmaceuticals, or diagnostics.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Eastern U.S. healthcare market.

  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
