ANDRITZ is seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of our North American Paper & Board business and lead the next phase of its growth and transformation.

This is far more than a traditional sales leadership role. We are seeking an entrepreneurial business leader who can drive growth, expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and help shape the future of our North American Paper & Board business.

As the Regional Sales & Business Manager - Paper & Board (North America), you will lead commercial strategy, business performance, and growth initiatives while developing key customer partnerships and identifying new market opportunities across the region.

About the Business

The Paper & Board Division supports customers across the paper, board, and tissue industries, providing technologies, rebuilds, upgrades, services, and modernization solutions for paper and board manufacturing operations.

The business works with producers operating paper, board, and tissue machine assets throughout North America and globally.

In North America, a significant focus is helping customers maximize the performance and value of existing assets through:
  • Equipment rebuilds
  • Modernization projects
  • Technology upgrades
  • Process optimization
  • Performance and efficiency improvements

ANDRITZ partners with customers to improve, upgrade, and extend the life of existing paper machine assets through innovative technologies and specialized solutions.

What You'll Do

Business Leadership
  • Lead the overall business strategy and execution for the North American Paper & Board division.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Own regional business performance and operational results.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with global objectives while focusing on North American market opportunities.
  • Act as a key member of the divisional global leadership team.

Commercial & Market Leadership
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives across North America.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.
  • Support major negotiations and commercial opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities within rebuild, modernization, upgrade, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Expand market share and strengthen ANDRITZ's competitive position within the paper and board industry.

Organizational Development
  • Lead and develop a growing team of commercial, technical, and operational professionals.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build organizational capabilities and support future growth initiatives.

Operational Excellence
  • Oversee regional business execution and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within the paper, board, tissue, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong background in business leadership, technical sales, commercial management, or general management.
  • Experience leading organizations, managing change, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success with strategic sales, business development, and growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing environments and customer operations.
  • Experience with P&L responsibility and business performance management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience serving the paper, board, or tissue industries.
  • OEM, supplier, or equipment provider experience supporting paper manufacturing operations.
