  • Customer Interaction & Representation: Represent the company's safety performance and initiatives to external customers and clients; prepare and deliver professional safety reports, presentations, and performance updates as requested by customers or required by contract; respond to customer inquiries regarding safety incidents, corrective actions, safety programs, or documentation; and support proposal and bid efforts with safety input, documentation, and credentialing as needed.
  • Metrics, Reporting & Accountability: Monitor and report regional safety performance including TRIR, MVA rate, observation volume and quality, and corrective action closure; use data to identify trends and deploy proactive safety interventions; and enforce progressive accountability standards in coordination with operational leadership, HR, and, where applicable, union representatives, ensuring disciplinary actions align with collective bargaining agreement provisions.
