Regional Respiratory Sales Manager
Location: Draper, UT
The Regional Respiratory Sales Manager provides strategic leadership, oversight, and accountability for all respiratory sales activities throughout the organization. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing referral relationships, leading and mentoring Respiratory Sales Representatives, and expanding Caddis Capital Management's respirator services and market presence.
The ideal candidate is a sales-focused healthcare professional with strong leadership abilities, in-depth knowledge of respiratory products and services, and a proven track record of developing referral sources and achieving sales objectives. This individual will serve as a key resource to the respiratory sales team while working closely with executive leadership, operations, and store staff to achieve company goals.
What You'll Do:
• Training and mentoring new sales reps, as well as assisting in hiring.
• Meet regularly with the company Presidents to review sales forecasts and reports.
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
• Meet with Presidents to develop individual quotas and assisting in assigning territories for the rehab sales reps.
• Receive information and reports from Respiratory Sales Reps.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to Respiratory Sales Reps.
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
• Monitor and assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
• Cover territories that do not have any Respiratory Sales Reps assigned to them as needed.
What We'll Need from You:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications preferred; or equivalent experience
• One year of in-person sales experience.
• Experience in management, and training.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Experience setting sales goals, mentoring employees, and being a leader.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Other Requirements:
• Frequent store visits and travel.
• Periodically be available for non-office hours.
• Willing to be trained in pertinent areas of equipment and supplies.
• Good driving record.
